On the afternoon of July 30, the 12th Member Representative Conference of the Jiangsu Textile Engineering Society was convened in Nanjing. The conference reviewed and adopted resolutions including the work report of the 11th Council, the financial work report, the work report of the Supervisory Board, and the explanatory notes regarding amendments to the Society's Articles of Association.

The conference also reviewed and approved the election procedures for Council Members and Supervisors, as well as the selection of tellers, vote counters, and vote announcers. This transitional conference elected the 12th Council and Supervisory Board through a secret ballot process. The election resulted in the selection of 163 Council Members, 53 Executive Council Members, 15 Vice Chairpersons, and a Chairperson for the 12th Council. Following the election, Zhou Hongrong was named Chairperson of the 12th Council, and Zhang Renle was named Chairperson of the 12th Supervisory Board; the conference also formally approved the appointment of Yue Liang as Secretary-General and Legal Representative. Additionally, the conference approved revisions to the membership fee standards via secret ballot. The remainder of the conference agenda was presided over by the newly elected Secretary-General, Yue Liang.
Mr. Shen Hongbo, General Manager of our company, was elected as a Council Member.
