On October 16th, our party branch designated the study, promotion, and implementation of the spirit of the 14th Municipal Party Congress as a key focus for our current and future learning agenda. The 14th Municipal Party Congress, grounded in a new stage of the city's development, comprehensively reviewed the achievements of the past five years and strategically outlined the goals and priority tasks for the next five. It has charted a clear course and provided a roadmap for the city's high-quality development. For a grassroots Party branch, thoroughly studying and grasping the spirit of the Congress is an essential requirement for strengthening theoretical grounding and fulfilling political responsibilities. Our branch recognizes that this work cannot be approached superficially or as a fleeting, short-term effort; rather, it demands sustained, long-term commitment. We are organizing regular study sessions and discussions to help Party members understand the Municipal Party Committee's directives, grasp the core essence and implications of the Congress's spirit, and cultivate a deeper, more conscious commitment—ideologically, politically, and practically—to its implementation.
