Announcement on the 2026 Company Outing to Hong Kong, Zhuhai and Macau

To enrich the cultural life of our employees and provide a break from the daily work routine, the company is organizing a group trip to Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Macau. Please see the details below:
Important Reminder: This trip requires a valid Exit-Entry Permit for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macau (with a valid travel endorsement). Please apply for this document as soon as possible (processing typically takes about 7 business days; exceptions may apply for those with household registration in other provinces. Applications can be submitted at the Administrative Service Center on Jiefang Road). Please refer to the attached "Traveler’s Guide for Hong Kong and Macau."

I. The trip is tentatively scheduled for November 26–30 (5 days and 4 nights). Flights: Shanghai Hongqiao to Zhuhai (FM9361, 16:40–19:20) and Shenzhen to Shanghai Pudong (MU5342, 13:05–15:20).
II. For employees who joined the company before New Year’s Day 2026, the company will cover 100% of the travel costs. For employees who have been with the company for at least six months but less than one year, the company will cover 50% of the costs, with the remaining 50% to be paid by the employee.
III. Employees may bring one family member; however, all costs for the family member must be covered by the employee. As the total number of participants is limited, registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
IV. If an employee is unable to join the trip for personal reasons (with prior approval), those who have worked at the company for at least one year will receive a subsidy equal to 50% of the trip cost. Those who have worked for more than six months but less than one year will receive a subsidy equal to 25% of the trip cost. 
Employees who plan to join but fail to participate without a valid reason will not receive any subsidy. Employees assigned to remain on duty at the office will be credited for regular working days and will also receive the aforementioned subsidy based on their length of service.
V. Registration Period: From now until 12:00 PM on Monday, October 26. Please submit the number of participants (including family members) through your department. You will need to provide the ID number for any accompanying family member; further instructions will be given if the original ID card is required. Failure to register by the deadline will be considered as opting out of the trip.
VI. Estimated cost: Approximately 4,100 RMB per person (flight prices are not yet locked and are subject to change).
