2026 Jiangsu Province Enterprise Safety Officer Special Training Program

To thoroughly implement the decision-making and deployment of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Emergency Management on strengthening the talent cultivation for work injury prevention and production safety, and in accordance with the requirements of the *Jiangsu Province Registered Safety Engineer and Safety Officer Training Implementation Plan* issued and forwarded by the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Emergency Management (Suzhou Renshe Gong [2026] No. 1), the District Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and the District Bureau of Emergency Management will jointly carry out special training for enterprise safety officers in 2026. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
(I) Raise awareness. This training is a concrete measure to implement the work arrangements of provinces, cities, and districts on strengthening the talent cultivation for work injury prevention and production safety, and it is also an important starting point for promoting the "six-fold" production safety and consolidating the basic safety work of enterprises. All relevant units are requested to notify the participating enterprises as soon as possible, inform and organize the relevant personnel to participate, and ensure that the due trainees participate.
(II) Strictly abide by the learning discipline. The participants are required to sign in once in the morning and once in the afternoon. During the training, they should maintain the order of the class, listen attentively, and are not allowed to make phone calls, talk in whispers, walk around, be late, or leave early. The District Emergency Management Department will check the attendance and spot-check the discipline during the training.
(III) Training hours recognition. The training hours of this training can be counted as part of the mandatory refreshment training for safety officers. The participants who pass the assessment will be issued a *Training Completion Certificate*, which can be used to offset the mandatory refreshment training hours. Participating enterprises are requested to include the training participation and certification records of their employees in their safety officer production safety training files.
