2026 "Work Safety Month" Themed Training Successfully Conducted
On June 12, 2026, to thoroughly implement the requirements of the 25th national "Work Safety Month" campaign and to further enhance the safety awareness and emergency response capabilities of all personnel, Changqiao Subdistrict organized a special safety training session themed "Everyone Talks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response—Spotting Safety Hazards Around Us."
The training focused on the "Five-Entry" safety outreach initiative (bringing safety awareness into enterprises, workstations, households, operational sites, and online spaces). Tailored to the actual conditions of local enterprises, the "Five-Entry" requirements were translated into concrete actions characterized by "Five Aspects Fully Implemented":
Into Enterprises (Responsibility): Key leaders took the lead in delivering safety lectures, while team leaders explained job-specific risks, ensuring safety responsibilities were firmly established at every level.
Into Workstations (Knowledge): A system of "one checklist, one response card, and one safety warning" per post was implemented to ensure safety knowledge was deeply internalized by employees.
Into Households (Reminders): Safety reminders regarding gas usage, electric vehicles, fire safety, and emergency kits were shared with employees' families, extending safety concepts beyond working hours.
Into Operational Sites (Experience): Practical capabilities were enhanced through immersive activities such as hands-on fire extinguisher use, escape simulations, and hazard-spotting exercises.
Into Online Spaces (Dissemination): New media tools—including short videos, posters, quizzes, and hazard exposure platforms—were utilized to foster a strong safety culture.
Into Systems (Closed-loop Management): Best practices were codified into formal systems, checklists, and reward-and-punishment mechanisms to ensure long-term, effective management.
The training was highly practical and actionable. By combining theoretical instruction with hands-on drills, it effectively strengthened the participants' sense of safety responsibility and their emergency response skills. Participants pledged to apply the knowledge gained to their daily work, embodying the spirit of "everyone talking safety and knowing emergency response," and to work together to fortify the defense line for workplace safety.
